Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: Available — delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates.

Delivery & Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your order.
Chasing Birdies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions, but we’ll do our best to assist if issues arise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Final sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
